All of our homes are currently for sale. Monthly payments include taxes & insurance.
Our rent to own program is designed for people who truly want to buy a home, however, at this time they don't think they can qualify for a home due to credit, employment, think they need a downpayment, etc. We are looking for people who want to buy a home, but need some help.
Fill out the online application to see if you qualify for a mortgage or our rent to own option. A Pre approval is required prior to viewing the homes. We will review your application and get back to you with your options and payments. There are many ways to qualify! Do not be discouraged. Fill it out and we can help. If for some reason we can't help at this time we will put you in our database and free credit repair program until you do qualify. We believe everybody deserves a home.
We aren't able to offer this program if you've had a bankruptcy in the past 2 years or foreclosure/short sale last 3 years. Also if you are currently 30 plus days late on a loan or credit card please get caught back up prior to applying as we do require all credit payments to be current and not past due. Prior collections are fine, but tax leins and judgements you must be able to have them paid off within 6 months of move in and on a payment plan.

We have a group of private investors that are actively looking for homes to purchase for buyers. These investors will update the home with whatever is needed including windows, roof, flooring, kitchen, bathroom, and appliances.
